At the departure from Piazza Castello the public was waiting for the protagonists of the 4th edition of the Valentino Park Grand Prix to pass by early in the morning. Escorted by municipal police motorcycles, the cars were announced by Andrea Levy, president of Parco Valentino, and by Marco Porticelli of Radio Montecarlo, official radio of the event. To open the re-enactment that wants to celebrate the Valentino Grand Prix, race that ran from 1935 to 1955 along the avenues of the Park of the same name, it was the Lancia D25 driven by Sergio Enrietti, Collection manager of FCA Heritage.
After the historic rumble it was the turn of the Lotus Evora of the Carabinieri.
